Travelling around Australia in a motorhome. A story of our travels starting from NSW then through Queensland, across to Northern Territory and Western Australia, then to South Australia, Victoria and finally across the seas to Tasmania. We have enjoyed everywhere we have visited and look forward to setting off again in our motorhome.

We finally set off and stopped on the Nepean River in a reserve that was fantastic and secluded. The family and friends came for a big lunch on beautiful warm Anzac Day with the kids all running around playing football, skating, biking, riding on the back of the motorbike with Peter, climbing on the roof of the motor home. We slept really well and woke to so many river bird noises. Everything is working well in Jimmy and we are learning to make the most of the functions in the home.
We have started off today on Peter's birthday. He has just made me buy my motorbike helmet. Some made me so claustrophobic I couldn't even keep it on for a minute. We finally found one that looks bikie but I could stop hyperventilating in. Soon be on the back of the bike!!!!!
This was my first entery so they can only get better.

Almost Ready

Six days before we set off! I am still finding it hard to get excited, as there is so much to do. We are getting the final jobs done around the house and packing Jimmy. We have had trouble fitting our boat (a port-a-boat) and it looks like it will have to go on the roof with the 2 pushbikes. There is still last minute problems wuth the motorhome, but I hope to get them finished by Wednesday.
