Cumberland Chimney 15 August 2015
Kept driving west and camped at an abandoned gold processing site for the night. The lagoon they used to power the mill still remains and is now a peaceful spot that attracts a myriad of bird life. We had an enjoyable time having a drink and watching the sunset and seeing the birds settle down for the night. We were up to watch the sunrise, which reminded us of Kakadu with noisy birds ducking and weaving through the air.
