Travelling around Australia in a motorhome. A story of our travels starting from NSW then through Queensland, across to Northern Territory and Western Australia, then to South Australia, Victoria and finally across the seas to Tasmania. We have enjoyed everywhere we have visited and look forward to setting off again in our motorhome.

Tolga 4 6 05

After buying some tropical plants at Atherton markets, we drove down to Herberton, an old mining town. Lots off the original buildings have been preserved. Bought a jar from a 2nd hand shop that the Chinese miners used. There was an old fruit tree groaning with oranges and it was being attacked by a hundred parrots a colourful sight! Camped at Tolga Forest and was serenaded by a thousand fruit bats. Spotted a Paddymelon Wallaby.
