Sydney 24 – 26 January 2010

We went up to Sydney to see Katie and Carl and our new grandson, Xavier on his first birthday. Every time we see Xavier he has grown and is more interested in the world around him. He is at an exciting stage and almost ready to walk. Katie cooked a birthday cake and invited some of her friends around to celebrate. On Australia Day we had intended to go out for a picnic but it was too hot for Xavier, so Peter went into Sydney instead to see the Motorfest. This was a collection of about 1,000 vintage and classic cars, all in superb condition – a feast for the eyes!!
